The beds are incredibly comfortable! Hotel is an old house so a little shabby but very charming.
The first day we were there they were painting all the trim in the hallways as well as the doors to the room, so we get back to the hotel and find that our room has been open all day and the smell of paint lingered into the night. Not good.

I did like the drinking water and the breakfast was excellent
WiFi password from the folder did not work and I had no energy left to haul myself up and down the stairs to ask at reception. I bet they would know, I was just too exhausted.

The hotel was recommended by an American academic friend who travels to Dublin frequently for study and teaching. Very convenient to Trinity College, Chester Beatty Library, etc. I have never experienced a more welcming and friendly and accommodating staff in my vast amount of travel. Tthank you for your help and service. Breakfasts are amazing!
Rooms a bit small, but this is not the Ritz, and I am not complaining!

The staff was outstanding, the breakfast was great, the room was very nice. We would stay again.
Our room was on the top floor which meant carrying suitcases up four levels. Our room faced the street, so we got traffic noise and passersby weren't always quiet during the night.

Charming room, good breakfast, with excellent Wi-Fi allowing for smooth browsing to plan our day to explore nearby attractions just a short walk away.
Everything was as perfect as can be.

The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was large enough, clean and very comfortable, especially the bed.
The parking was a little poor, although it is off road they only have space for 3 cars. You have to leave your keys for them to move the cars around.

Our single room was quiet and budget with exceptionally comfortable beds. Loved the configuration of the clean bathroom and there were a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The hotel was in the central setting in central Dublin.

The evening tea and scones upon check-in created a warm welcome, and the cozy room allowed for a restful sleep despite the street noise outside.

the staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was very good
we were not in the main house. our room was not nice. the door lock was difficult to operate, there is no flat screen TV and reception is poor. our room was cramped and we could not regulate the heat so very uncomfortable. the bathroom was ridiculously small (you could wash your hands in the sink while sitting on the toilet) and there was mold and peeling paint.
